Can I try Qone before paying?
Yes. Every plan includes a 21-day free trial — no credit card required. You can explore every agent, invite your team, and connect Slack before you decide.
What counts as a 'seat'?
Any active user on your workspace. Bots, agents, and view-only guests don't count. You can add and remove seats anytime; we prorate billing.
Do you offer annual billing?
Yes — annual billing gets you ~20% off compared to paying monthly. Switch at any time from your billing page.
Can I bring my own OpenAI / Anthropic key?
Not yet. Every Qone plan includes managed AI inference at no extra cost, so there's nothing to configure. If your organization has specific model or data-handling requirements, reach out and we'll work with you.
What happens if I cancel?
You keep access until the end of your billing period, then your workspace switches to read-only for 30 days. Export anytime. No data is deleted before 90 days.
