Is Qone really one tool replacing several?
Yes — projects, HR, finance, and AI agents share one data layer. You don't pay separately for HR or finance modules; they ship inside every plan above Starter.
Does the AI train on my data?
No. OpenAI and Anthropic operate under no-training contracts. You can disable AI features per workspace (Settings → Agents → Disable) and PII is redacted before any LLM call.
Can I export everything?
Yes — JSON or CSV from Settings → Data → Export. Includes profile, workspace, AI agent decisions, and audit log.
What happens if I cancel?
Soft-deleted for 30 days (data still recoverable). After 30 days, permanently erased. You can export anytime before that.
Do you have an on-prem option?
Not currently. Business tier offers US or EU data residency from Q3 2026.
Is there a free plan?
No, but every plan has a 14-day free trial with no credit card required. Beta members get a locked-in 30% lifetime discount.
