Qone is most useful when wired into the tools you already use. All integrations are configured under Settings → Integrations.
Slack
Two-way sync: DMs, channel posts, shortcuts, slash commands. Required for the PM Agent's nudges and EOD digest.
Email (intake)
Every workspace gets a private intake address like qone-intake-{tenant}@qone.work. Forward customer emails to it and the Intake Agent will create a ticket.
Linear, Jira, ClickUp, Notion
One-way import + ongoing sync for tasks. Approval-gated edits on Business plan.
GitHub
PR-status webhook updates linked tickets. Optional commit-to-task linking via refs #QONE-123.
REST API + MCP server
