Blocker Resolver

The Blocker Resolver activates when a ticket meets any of these signals:

  • No status change for 2× estimated effort
  • Owner explicitly marks "blocked"
  • 3+ failed follow-ups from the Adaptive Follow-up agent

What it does

  1. Posts a structured "blocker" card in the project's Slack channel with the suspected cause
  2. Suggests one concrete next step (e.g. "ping #design for asset")
  3. If the suggestion is approved, automatically routes the message to the right person
  4. Tracks resolution time as a metric

Reasons surfaced

  • Waiting on input (specific person / team)
  • Missing decision (suggests a decision-maker)
  • Scope mismatch (proposes a scope cut + new ticket)
  • Technical (links similar past issues)
