Adaptive Follow-up

The Adaptive Follow-up agent decides when to nudge owners about open work.

Cadence rules

  • P0 — every 4h until acknowledged, then every 12h
  • P1 — every 12h
  • P2 — every 2 days
  • P3 — every 4 days

What counts as a nudge

  • Slack DM to the owner with the ticket + "still on track?"
  • If no reply after 24h, escalate to project lead
  • After 3 escalations without progress, file an automatic Blocker

Quiet hours

Respects each member's notification preferences (Settings → Notifications → Quiet hours). Nudges are queued and sent at the end of quiet hours.

Snooze

Owners can reply "snooze 4h" / "snooze tomorrow 9am" — the agent reschedules without escalation.
