Welcome to Qone. This guide walks you from zero to a working AI PM in your team's Slack — in about ten minutes.

1. Create your workspace

  1. Visit app.qone.work/signup and sign up with Google or email
  2. Pick a workspace subdomain (e.g. acme.qone.work)
  3. Confirm your country and language

2. Connect Slack (recommended)

  1. Open Settings → Integrations → Slack
  2. Click Connect Slack workspace — you'll be redirected to Slack OAuth
  3. Approve the bot scopes (chat:write, im:write, users:read, users:read.email)
  4. Qone auto-syncs your Slack users — DMs are now ready

3. Invite your team

  1. Settings → Members → Invite by email
  2. Pick a role (Owner, Admin, Member, Guest)
  3. Each member confirms email, then the Slack identity links automatically

4. Import existing work (optional)

  • Go to Settings → Data → Import
  • Choose your source: Trello, Asana, ClickUp, Notion, Monday, Linear, or Jira
  • Map columns to Qone's status set, then import — runs as a background job

5. Turn on the PM Agent

  1. Settings → Agents → PM Agent → Enable
  2. Pick a trust mode: Observer (only suggests), Suggester (suggests + nudges), or Actor (auto-acts within policy)
  3. Set your first quiet hours and daily Brief / EOD digest time

That's it. Your first Slack DM from the agent should arrive within an hour.
