The Smart Assigner ranks candidates for every new ticket and proposes the top match.

Scoring inputs

  • Skill fit — overlap between ticket labels and member skills
  • Current load — open tickets, planner allocations, recent time logged
  • Recency — favor people who recently touched the same module
  • Availability — accounts for leave + scheduled days off

Output

Top 3 candidates with a score (0–100) and a one-line reason. You see the full list in the Slack DM and can override with one tap.

Why someone unexpected

Common reasons: the obvious owner is on leave, has high load, or has never touched this module. The reasoning trail explains it — open the ticket and check Agent reasoning.

Calibration

Each time you accept or override a suggestion, the assigner updates a per-tenant weight. Acceptance rate is shown at Settings → Agents → Metrics.
