PM Agent overview

The PM Agent is not one model — it's five small agents that each own a step of the project-management workflow. They coordinate so you can stay out of the loop until it matters.

The five sub-agents

  1. Intake — Turns Slack DMs, emails, and forms into structured tickets with priority + labels
  2. Smart Assigner — Recommends an owner based on skill, current load, and recent context
  3. Adaptive Follow-up — Pings owners on the right cadence (faster on P1, slower on P3)
  4. Blocker Resolver — Detects stuck tickets and proposes the next concrete step
  5. EOD Digest — A daily summary of what shipped, what's at risk, and what's blocked

Trust modes

  • Observer — only logs suggestions, no Slack pings
  • Suggester — nudges humans, never edits state
  • Actor — auto-acts within configured policies

How decisions are recorded

Every agent action writes an AgentDecision row with a reasoning trail. You can review or roll back at Settings → Agent activity.
